CUSTOMER SUPPORT - I.T. PRODUCTS

    JOB Description:

    For two exciting, web-based, content management products, Business One is looking for enthusiastic and committed personnel to add to its team.

    Selected individuals would be involved in providing customer support for the new products. In this position, you will be exploring and understanding the underlying concepts, ideas and service models of the products and contribute to the overall success of these products.

    You are expected to:

    *  Handled pre-scheduled phone calls with potential users and provide detailed product information on how to set-up and use these web-based products and answer pre-sales questions. Troubleshoot telephone queries, e-mails and other media interactions with potential and current customers.

    *  Efficiently answer incoming customer support calls and handle outbound customer services calls to existing or potential customers.

    *  Convey customer issues and enhancements to product development team and coordinate the resolution of customer support issues with other departments within the organization.

    *  Work with customers to understand issues and to explain clearly the resolution of the issue. Maintain documentation for procedures for incident correction.

    *  Establish call backs with customers and call the customer back as required.

    *  Be knowledgeable about Service Level Agreements and adhere to them.

    *  Maintain security and privacy of client data.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree preferred. Associate's degree or two years of education after high-school is a must.

    *  A high level of proficiency in Word, Excel and Powerpoint is required.
    *  Excellent verbal communication skills
    *  Outstanding phone demeanor
    *  Excellent documentation skills
    *  Desire to assist customers
    *  Proven problem solving skills
    *  Detail oriented
    *  Team player
